I couldn’t control myself today.
That’s not a healty way of losing weight
It’s just really hard for me to remain on a healty diet when i’m trying to lose weight.
About the party: I had 3 beers.
but i’ve danced a lot and i was wearing high heels, so…
i don’t know how many calories.
probably too much.
i lost weight though, but that’s only because my periods over.
It wasn’t really a though day.
I’m just really worried i can’t control myself tonight (school party)
I hope I will be strong enough.
Also, I think I need to find an equivalent for smoked salmon.
It contains too much salt. (but other than that it’s great)
